Butterfly Poker Chip Trick

The Butterfly Poker Chip Trick is not easy so it should not be attempted until some of the less complicated tricks come naturally.

Begin with 4 chips held in place between the thumb and index finger. Allow the 2 middle chips to drop down until they are help in place between the pinkie and ring finger. Bring the middle finger inward towards the palm such that it comes between the 2 groups of chips and touches the base of the thumb.

Slowly bring the middle finger back towards the other fingers. As the back of the middle finger approaches the 2 groups of chips, it needs to make contact with the chip closest to the palm on the pinkie-ring finger side. Simultaneously, the middle finger needs to make contact with the chip farthest from the palm on the thumb-ring finger side.

Eventually the middle finger lines up with the other fingers and all 4 of the chips are out.

Reverse the steps in order to bring the chips back to their starting position.
