The 2 Stage Twirl Poker Chip Trick is more difficult than the regular twirl. Begin with 3 chips between the thumb and index finger. The http://www.pokerchiptricksvideos.com/Twirl-Poker-Chip-Trick.html page has details on how one gets the middle chip to drop and twirl.

Once the first twirl is done the fun begins. The pinkie and middle finger take over for the ring finger and index finger. Once the pinkie and middle finger have a firm grip on the middle chip, the ring finger then does the twirl.

This trick is called the "2 Stage" so technically it ends once the middle chip goes back up into position. However, I like to do another twirl on the way up such that we have a "3 Stage" trick.
